Well fed in Bangkok
Despite the changes, one thing is constant - Bangkok food is still the best in Southeast Asia. We chow down on delicious Thai fare at Cabbages and Condoms, a restaurant which generates income to support family planning. Their food also comes with a guarantee not to cause pregnancy, making it clear where you are supposed to put those delicious spring rolls. Our time in Bangkok is short but we take in the wavy temples at Wat Pho, climb Wat Arun for a view over the busy river and check out the maze of stalls at the flower market. After two heavy nights in Sin City, it is time to sober up and fly out to Sumatra.
